Terms and Conditions
Goods should normally be delivered 3-5 working days after dispatch and Royal Mail terms state that you need to wait 15 working days before making a claim.
Please note that Royal Mail do not always leave a card and are now allowed to leave with neighbours. Please check with them and your local delivery office before making your claim and state in your email that you have checked. Royal Mail will then use this to investigate.
Where an item is returned due to being received damaged or faulty, or not as described, then reasonable Royal Mail costs will also be refunded.
If an item is being returned for any other reason, a 20% handling charge will be applied to cover the cost of the initial posting and handling.
A further handling charge of 20% will be applied if the goods are not returned in resaleable condition.
